Refund Policy

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, you can return for a refund or exchange by contact us at contact@mail.gleamari.com. Please give us an opportunity to serve you better! Our ultimate goal is to be sure you are 100% satisfied. We want to hear from you and know where we could have improved!

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

1. Within 14 days by since the date of delivery.

2. You received an item that meets certain criteria:

  • A damaged, defective item upon arrival ;
  • Not the item you ordered or missing item ;
  • An not as described item ;

3. To be eligible for a return, items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing.

4. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Before returning an item, you need to contact us and submit a request. We will then provide the return address via email.

5. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:

1. Please send us a return/exchange request to contact@mail.gleamari.com including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect 

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.

4. We receive your return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week.

Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable. 

* Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN SHIPPING:

1. Please use registered mails with online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception could not be guaranteed by us. We hope for your understanding on this.

2. To return your product, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs

3. Return shipping costs vary depending on the product weight, your shipping location, and the express delivery you choose.

4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.
